Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to ship your completed order within one business day as long as stock is available at our warehouse. Should this not be possible, we will ensure to contact you to advise you of when your order can be fulfilled.  As we utilise a number of shipping methods, with varying delivery times, we will contact you ahead of shipping to provide you with your options and associated costs ahead of completing your order.  Please contact us on 03 9800-3731 if you have any questions.

Signature on Delivery
We require a signature on delivery. Goods will not be left outside a premises without a signature for security reasons, unless by express request from you. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours, however alternative arrangements can be made on request.  If you request us to deliver to an unattended address, you agree to assume all responsibility for loss or theft.

Oversized, bulky and hazardous items
Oversized, bulky, hazardous or dangerous goods incur addition freight charges. You will be contacted for approval before dispatch. If you do not approve of the additional delivery charge and do not want to go ahead, just cancel your order. In Australia, because of the size of our great country, some goods (especially dangerous goods in small quantities) may be uneconomical to freight, especially to remote areas.

Delivery to a post office box
We are able to deliver many small items via Express Post within Australia or other Australia Post services to a PO Box, with a signature required for collection. Couriers cannot deliver to post boxes and our delivery is not complete until we get a ‘proof of delivery’. That includes name, date, time and signature. Please contact us to discuss any special requirements you might have.

Export outside Australia
